3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

• BodySphere Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including practitioner illness or emergencies.
